These Skip Bin Hire Terms apply in addition to our general Website Terms whenever you book a skip bin with Greenphils Global Investment Pty Ltd trading as Greenphils Mining & Site Services (ABN 62 673 309 763).
Sizes and prices shown on this website are indicative. Final price, availability and delivery date are confirmed directly with you before delivery. No payment is processed through this website.
You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible and level location for delivery and pickup, and for any council permits required to place a bin on a public verge or road. We are not liable for delays caused by restricted site access.
Only the waste type declared at booking may be placed in the bin. Prohibited items include asbestos, hazardous or flammable materials, liquids, tyres, batteries, medical waste and electronic waste, unless expressly agreed with us in writing. Additional fees apply for prohibited items or contaminated loads.
Each bin size has an included weight allowance. Waste must not exceed the bin's fill line or included weight allowance; additional charges apply for excess weight or overfilled bins that cannot be safely or legally transported.
The standard hire period is stated at booking (typically 7 days). Extended hire beyond the agreed period may incur additional charges.
We take reasonable care during delivery and pickup. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery surface (driveway, verge, or site) can support the weight of a loaded bin and truck; we are not liable for surface damage arising from pre-existing site conditions.
Cancellations or date changes should be requested as early as possible; cancellations made close to the scheduled delivery time may incur a fee.
